Faith and Fear the UNHOLY Union.
2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
My decision to start my own business full-time was going great…during that time I was so prideful and full of myself, because I was able to walk into car dealerships and purchase 2 cars in one day. You couldn't tell me NOTHING! I was truly feeling myself! Pride comes before the fall!!
Then one day everything came crashing down, not just for me, but for lots of people.
During that time in my life, I allowed fear to cripple me. I’d lost my house, my two cars and my pride. I had 4 children and I didn't know what I was going to do!
But GOD!!!
I had forgotten the most important resource I had...my FAITH in GOD! I prayed to God to help me out of the situation (that I caused with my pridefully actions), and HE did! My friends rented me a much larger, beautiful, house below market value and another friend loaned me her extra car, and I was able to get a job and all in the same week...But GOD!!!
When times get tough, turn away from fear and believe the FAITH of a mustard seed is enough to change everything!
But GOD FAITH! PRAISE HIM!!
